How long do you generally get with the scaffold hire?

Here at Mac’s Scaff Limited, we understand that works can sometimes be delayed and not need deadline you was hoping for which we are always lenient with and we understand that weather can impact majority of works scaffolding is required for. So with all our quotes we give 4 weeks hire from the day we erect the scaffolding. Please don’t let this deter you though as we can arrange anything that would suit you more either shorter hire or extended hire.

Will I still be able to access my building if I have scaffolding?

All of our operations should take place during ‘quieter’ hours of the day thus not restricting access to your building. The person who has commissioned the building will need to obtain a temporary pavement or street closure permit whilst operations are being carried out. This can be acquired by talking to your local council in advance of your work commencing.
You will also need to incorporate barriers and signs nearby to inform the public to stay clear and take into consideration disabled access for members of the public that require pavement access.
